Letter Of Invitation

Upon request, the conference organizer will provide you an official invitation letter for attending the Baltic Conference Series Spring. This may assist in getting the appropriate visa. However, such an invitation does not imply any responsibility or liability for travel or other expenses. If you need an invitation letter for the VISA application, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

• Full Name (as per your passport)
• Postal address
• Date and place of birth
• Passport number and date of expiration

If you have a keynote, invited, oral or poster presentation, please provide the abstract ID or the title.

Visa Information

The overseas visitors outside Europe entering Germany should hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. For more information about visa for business trips and to attend conferences in Sweden, please contact the Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Please note that the invitation letter will be sent to delegates by E-mail only. Please be aware that we would not able to directly contact consulates or embassies regarding any visa issue. As the participant, it is your sole responsibility to apply and follow up on your Visa application.

Stockholm Arlanda Airport is the main airport, situated around 52 KM from the viking line cruise terminal.
